OUR STORY
stolvi started on the shop floor. Watching collections move between showrooms, fairs and boutiques, we saw how much time goes into setting up — and how little equipment is actually designed for it.
So we made our own: folding stands that open in seconds, and furniture that assembles by hand. Every piece follows the same brief — fewer parts, faster setup, longer life.
OUR APPROACH
We remove what isn't needed and strengthen what is. Frames are built to fold again and again; panels are cut to lock together without hardware.
The result is equipment that travels light, sets up quickly and keeps working, season after season.
We work with a small number of materials we know well — chosen for strength, finish and the way they age.
FORESCOLOR
Our stools and side tables are cut from Forescolor, a dense wood-fibre panel coloured through its entire thickness. Edges and joints show the same tone as the surface, so there is nothing to paint, cover or hide.
FOLDING FRAME
Our stands use a lightweight tubular frame on smooth-running castors. It opens into a steady display in seconds and folds flat for the van, the stockroom or the next show.
